Good day all,
I just joined your site and think it is great. I just started scrolling less than a year ago and I love it. There are a lot of great pieces I have looked at and with practice I hope to be just as good.

Welcome to a wonderful site! Don't be shy, get your self some wood and some patterns and have at it. The more you use your saw the better you will become and keep reading this forum for tips and ideas. Inspriration comes from seeing some of the great work others do here and that will get you to tackle more and more as you get jealous and want your work to look as good as theirs. (At least it fires me up to challenge my abilities often!)

Good luck and may the wood chips fall where you want them to! Pat

Hi Joe,
Welcome to the forum. Great place to learn all about scrolling, as well as getting feedback on the projects you do. Put some of your work on a gallery.

Where in NS are you from? I hail from those parts (southern end) and it is always good to find a fellow maritimer to chat with.

Joe
Welcome to the group. Lots of great folks here with lots of info.
As you said practice is the key. You will get better with every
cut you make and soon will be "just as good".

Welcome Joe. The key to be great is to make lots of sawdust, and to keep at it, even after you make designer firewood. This is a great group of people here, so come on in and have fun.
