| Steebar Corp I have their telephone number and catalog, which is outdated (2004), I can't seem to get in contact with them. I placed an order with them which i haven't received as of yet, i placed this order on 12/02/2007. They will not answer their phone or email. Is there another way to contact them, because i will not place another order with them if this is how they do business. Please reply: |

| Well I listed the fax, phone and email. You could bombard each of them. I would not know otherwise. I have not dealt with them in the past. Good luck finding some answers.

| I read on another scroll saw forum that you are not alone in having problems with Steebar. I cannot find the thread where I read this info but it talked about poor service and shady practices being the norm with them currently. Credit cards being charged and no orders shipped, partial orders being shipped with no way of contacting them, etc were mentioned. Hopefully this has not happened to you.
I had placed an order with them myself before reading this and they DID contact me via a voice mail message that they could not process my order due to my writing my credit card numbers wrong. When I tried to call them and correct this error I could never connect with either. Now in retrospect I am glad I erred and never got the right numbers to them.
I will search some more and see if I can find the right forum this info was in. Good Luck |
