Default Gary R.

G'day. I finally worked out how to write a message. It took me a while.I'm a bit slow when it comes to technology. This is a first for me. I thought a bite was something your mongrel dingo did if you teased him too much, and a cookie was what you yanks call biscuits. I've just bought my scroll saw and am looking forward to getting stuck in to some creative woodworking with it and my other power toys. So, G'day and thanks for the welcome. Hopefully we won't strain the Aussie American treaty to much.It is a warm 40 degrees celsius here in SA if you're interested.

Gary, Welcome to the site. Now we can have another Aussie to teach us new lingo. Just don't brag about the weather too much - it was -17 degrees Celsius here yesterday. (That is 0 Fahrenheit to those south of me). Just means I need to turn the heat on in the shop about 30 minutes before I can go make sawdust.
