Welcome!!

I hope you visits to this forum will be enjoyable.

But 12 years? That's way before most scroll saw sites were up and running. That means you learned to scroll saw on your own, or with books to help you out, right?

Any thoughts you can share about how you got started, and learned to scroll saw? Did you start out with a New Hawk, or upgrade to a Hawk?

Phil

I should have said on and off for 12 yrs. I bought a new hawk in 96 at the phx home show. I bought a lot of pattern books, which helped. I had a booth at Coomers for 3 mos. That was'nt real good.I really enjoy scrolling .Its a great pastime. I just bought a book with box patterns and making

a few of them. Roger

Welcome Roger, I live here in Arizona as well. I don't post much,I mostly lurk and admire the great work the fine wood artists share here. By the way I wish everyone a Happy New Year. Joe

Welcome from Dallas, Rodger. If it weren't for that little state of New Mexico, we would be next door neighbors. Hope to learn a lot from you. Don't keep your 12yrs of scrolling a secret.
