Just a polite hullo. and of course a query . I'm passed my sell buy date and enjoy my retiral, freedom. I recommend it to the younger members. I use a scroll saw on occasion but have been think of replacing the cheapo I have. Carving is my real interest. When cutting out the silhouette I'd like to use a bench scroll saw. I'd need a saw which would make a 3" cut. . Anyone do this, any suggestions on brand and model. Thanks |

G'day Aulddiy, Welcome to a wonderful group of people. As Evie said, I don't know of a scroll saw that cuts much over 2", others may do. My suggestion would be a band saw, reasonable quality that you could use blades as thin as 1/8".
