| Coming Out of the Closet Hi Folks,
I've been lurking around here for several months enjoying your posts and exchanges and decided to "Come out of the Closet". Yes, it's true, I am a scroller!
I've been woodworking for over 25 years but have only taken up the scroll saw about a year ago and love it! I had thought golf was addictive but I think the scroll saw is stronger. Fantastic stress relief and nice feeling of accomplishment when it turns out nice.
Thanks,
Ralph

| Welcome Ralph. We certainly enjoy more people contributing on the forum, and yes, the biters tend to get shown the door, unless they leave first.

| I appreciate all the welcome wishes.
Tom, when I have a little more free time to try and figure out how, I'll try and post a few pictures of the stuff I've done thus far. Most of my spare time this past year was spent building a sleigh cradle for our first grandchild. I like to work on the scroll saw between the bigger woodworking projects like that. It's a nice welcome change of pace for me. A few years back I got so burnt out after finishing a large set of oak kitchen cabinets for my daughter & son-in-law's first house, that I didn't want to build anything for about a year. Too much of a fellows spare time spent working on a heavy duty project with a time deadline hanging over your head = 2nd job without pay!!
I believe it was Scott who asked where I live. My lovely wife and I live in Douglasville, GA. It's about 30 miles west of Atlanta.
Again thanks for taking time to welcome me aboard.
