|  New scroller taking a stroll Hello All, I'm exploring scrolling as a possible new hobby. Still shopping for a saw, but got my eye on a $199 Dremel at my local Home Depot. All for now...any other Pennsylvanerites out there? -Frank |

| Welcome Frank. The Scrollsaw is a great tool, which opens up many possibilities. You will be able to learn a lot here, as it seems that for just about anything the saw can do, someone here does it, or at least has an idea how such a thing might be done. | Welcome Frank, You'll find out that scrolling will soon become a passion. I'm still relatively new to scroll but the bug bit me and I spend every moment in my shop that I can. It is a wonderful feeling to create something from a piece of wood. Good luck on your saw shopping.. Richard aka thumbs
