Default Hi all!

Love this site and this forum. I have not actually tried any scroll saw projects yet. I bought an inexpensive scroll saw recently to cut out blanks for woodcarving/whittling. Trying to pick up a hobby that I dropped after leaving boy scouts many many moons ago. While I was browsing for woodcarving sites I cam across this site. Since I have a scroll saw, and I love to work with wood any way I can, I figure I will try my first project soon. Can't decide what to try though. Any suggestions or tips would be helpful.

By the way, I just spent 2 hours at work, scrolling through the galleries and bragging pages - WOW - what incredible work.

Welcome to the best place you can be when it comes to scrolling. There's more interesting things to do and learn here than any other place you could go. Just stay tuned and you'll have no trouble getting the info you need to do just about anything to do with a scroll saw. All you need to do is ask and someone will give you the answer you're looking for. Have a good ride with all the rest of us. David

Welcome John. As David mentioned, this is a great place with all the advise you would like, and freely given. Have fun with that tool.
