Default Howdy All

Howdy,
My name is Ron Cooper, I'm the new kid on the block. I have been scrolling around 2 years now. I have tried a little bit of everything (except intarsia). My saw is a 16" Craftsman Variable speed saw. However, I am in the process of researching a new saw. I live in a small town in Eastern Washington called Cashmere, it sits between the Cascade mountains and the desert. Very nice place. Well, before this gets too long and boring (I know, I know its already too late) I'm going to go check out the rest of this forum.

Ron

Welcome to the board, Ron. Isn't Cashmere the place with the aplet and cotlet candy factory?

PuzzledMoose,
for the welcome. Why yes it is. I guess thats one thing we are "famous" for. You know I have lived here for almost twenty years and have never gone through the place on their tour.

I was there in 2000 while having an Easter vacation driving a loop round the Cascades - and I did do the tour and ate the samples ..lol

Cashmere is a nice little town - stayed overnight there and woke up to a solid blue sky with the Cascade mountains as a backdrop - beautiful setting ..
