| TEXAS Scrollsaw Picnic 2009 Well we are going to try it again. If the economy does'nt totally crash the 2009 TEXAS Scrollsaw Picnic is scheduled for April 17-18, 2009. It will be in Denton Texas at the 11,000 sq ft Civic Center. I am currently lining up both vendors and seminars. If you would like to participate in either of these categories, please contact me. If you have ideas for seminars let me know.

| Ugh! April's a tough month for me. I hope the schedule will work out as this was one of the best picnics of '08. If you have the opportunity, I would strongly urge you to go!

| Lyndal, I like the sound of an April picnic in Denton. I think it is always a positive to have a seminar on pattern making. Mike's suggestion on the seminar for finishing would probably be good since everyone is looking for any thing to take the agony out of finishing. I'm just brain storming, but maybe you could have some folks on the floor doing some demos in their area's of expertise??? Such as a scroller using wood burning to enhance their cuttings or just plain old wood burning.

| Still to far away for me to say yes for sure, but it is a possibility that we may make the trek down there in April. Hopefully gas prices will keep on dropping, that will help out attendance for sure!

| I have it marked on my Calender. I will try to make it. Denton is only up the road a bit from Dallas.
