Hi all,
I was wondering if there was anything going on in south east end of Michigan?
don't know of any scrollers in my area, so it's hard to keep up on things.

Thanks

Welcome to the site.

Send you a PM.
I may live less than a one or two gallons of gas from you.

Hello all,
This does seem to be a nice site and everyone so far seems to be very nice. Of course I have never meet anyone in this hobby that has been rude or not willing to help or give advice. I am a current member of the Metro Wood Carvers club here in Michigan (I like to carve also). Out of all the members I meet one man who was doing intarsia and he turned me on to this hobby. Since then I have been scrolling like a demon.

As far as pictures go, I started a blog to show my work and I'm trying to compile info for fellow scrollers and woodcarvers. I also use the site to see if I can drum up some interest from non scrollers to see if I can sell some of my crafts so that I can keep buying more tools and material. The wife is getting sick of me spending our money on my scrolling addiction, if you know what I mean. Check my blog out and let me know what you think. Keep in mind I just started it a couple weeks ago, so there is not a lot on it yet. I've added some nice links for you to look at and if there are some good links that you can suggest, I will post them on my site. Also, I will post any of your pictures on my site as well with a little bio about you.

Thanks for the welcomes and talk to you real soon

Dean

I love Mt. Pleasant. My wife and I have been there many times camping and gambling. Next time we plan a trip, I'll get a hold of you and we can meet for lunch.

Your wife is tired of you spending all of your money on scroll sawing? You have really only two options: 1) She changes her tune or 2) Trade her in on a new saw

Don't tell my wife I said that please
