Next week is the North American Occupational Safety and Health week. The theme this year is Start Safe, Live it Everyday. It would be a great time to reflect on the safer side of our hobby. I may just have to break down and get a dust mask. The scrollsaw is one of the safest power tools there is but there are lots of other hazards in the shop. Enjoy the week and remember..... Keep safe out there ![]() More info can be found at North American Occupational Safety and Health (NAOSH) Week

Guess I'll get all my cutting done THIS week!! Fingernails generally protect my fingers from the blade but once their sanded off- there's not much left! From what I understand it's the seasoned pros that are the most likely to have an accident. They take a lot more for granted and then slip up. This comes from a Doctor/woodworker in an article I read somewhere. Stay alert all you old pros out there ! |
