Dayton has one of the best Zoo's in the country, and as I said before, Cincinatti has one of the best aquariums in the country. Kings Island is about 15-20 miles south. Dayton has Neil armstrong museum, or something like that...maybe it's wright brothers. Penn Station is a sub shop that you MUST go to for at least one meal. Surely there's one of those there since they are all over Dayton and Cincinatti...worth the trip just for that. There is a really good Woodcraft in Dayton on the south side of town with awesome wood and burls to choose from. There's the Giant Candle on I-70 between Indianapolis and Richmond Indiana. Big Butter Jesus..a 50 foot tall or more jesus with hands in the air like he's melting into a pond on 75 between Dayton and Cinci. Some horrible construction on 75 through Dayton. That's all I can think of off hand.

Thanks Jeff, my wife liked the Kings Island idea, depending on weather.I will GPS the penn station for a small snack as well since youve mentioned it, it sounds great too.We also talked about the zoo as a possibility, as long as they dont think I'm an escapee and cage me! And thank you for the warning on the Dayton construction! I am anxious for this trip, I NEED a vacation!
