Default Saw decision

Went to Canadian Tire on my way to Marcel's today and got mad. Finally they gave me a credit for the total amount that I paid for the saw.
That is great.

Got a phone call from the Delta people. There are no Delta's around. they are not a big seller so they discontinued selling them here. Three reconditioned were available but I cound not see them. I had to buy them and then she would order it for me. The lady told me that the price I was getting on the Dewalt was extremely good and that both saws were equal.

Went to Marcel's to try his Dewalt 788 and loved it. No comparison with the Mastercraft. I am not anxious to have my own saw.

Called the store and yes the one I asked for is in. Only thing is that because of the snow I have to spend the night in the city. Hubby does snow removal in the city and so as soon as he is finished his run in the morning we are hopping over to the store to pick up my own saw.

so many projects in my head and so little time.....maybe this time tomorrow I will have my own saw set up.

Diane

Way to go Diane, it will be much better than the saw you did have.

Congratulations Diane!!!!!! That is so great, I'm looking forward to seeing your first project completed on your new saw! I hope you will love your DeWalt as much as I love mine, they are a great saw.

Diane, we'll be anxiously awaiting a photo of your first fretwork portrait (no fewer than 200 holes) with your new saw. Gotta break that puppy in.
