Default Delta 40-417 Scroll Saw ? ?

I got an email from a person that wants to know if a used Delta 40-417 is worth buying. He said . . .

Delta 40-417 Belt Drive, 24 inch throat Scroll Saw and Stand. Is this worth $400.00?

I am not familiar with that model # . Is that the old C-Arm that parts are no longer available for. ?

I would say $150 would be closer to top value.
