Default Bow Sander

Does anyone have a pattern or directions on how to make one? Starting to do more intarsia, and my sons are both doing some intarsia for the Ohio State Fair Youth contest...(what catagory I'm not sure). I would prefer they use something human driven over power driven.

Thanks...
Grizz

I havent made one yet but it should work.
