Good-bye ol' Dremel, Hello DeWalt - Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts Message Board

Well I cant say I am heart broken over my Dremel locking up, Lowe's refunded my money in full, which I turned around an applied towards a DeWalt 788.

Now I just have to wait for it to arrive since I had to special order it, and hope I dont have any problems with the blade/pin clamps. My hopes are high since my friend Michael got his and it was fine. I'll check for that first thing when I break it out of the box, and if no problems I'll be back to making saw dust.

In the mean time....I am suffering withdrawls

Congradulations on your new saw.I am sorry about your Dremel. I know what you mean about waiting for your new saw, I am waiting on a Delta P-20 it is suppose to arrive @ Monday. I wish you many good years of use and keep the saw dust flying.

Let us know if you got lucky with the blade clamp distance. Tony
