Default help on excaliber

Hey all. Well Judy got her new Excaliber 21 on the 11th of this month. On the 22 the connecting rod broke. Less than 2 weeks !!.. We have e mailed woodcraft and General. Woodcraft said General had to take care of it. General has been very much less than helpfull. We have made several calls to them. Parts person was pretty snippy. Can't seem to get a hold of anyone that has any Idea that there is a problem with this saw. Finally got hold of someone that could tell us what part# we needed. I was wanting the new replacement part that was shown here on this site by another member that this happen to them, not the same setup that came on the new saw.
First off I can't believe their selling saws they KNOW have this problem. Second Why won't they at least pretend to want to help. Was wondering if you guys could give me a contact that might want to help us out if nothing happens soon.

Had you bought from Seyco you would get much better treatment.

Even though you did not purchase from Seyco, I'd give Ray a call and explain your problem to him. He may be able to help.

Ray at Seyco handles quite a bit of the warranty work for Excalibur saws. You might want to give him a call, act abject because you weren't smart enough to buy from him and he'll give you some help.

I wished I had known about him. I always like to deal with individuals over companies.

Same thing happened to my EX21 and Ray @ Seyco replaced my entire saw. I did , however, purchase it from him, but, I bet he would work with you.
