Dremel scroll saw - Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts Message Board

I have a new Dremel scroll saw (less than 3 months old) and last night it broke. When i turn it on the arms just freeze. I am not a novice but this is a new saw, has anyone had this experience? Just want to know before I have to send it out for repairs, which leads me to question number two. Is Dremel the only authorized place for repairs?

No..our local repair shop is in tru value hardware..can't help you with the freeze up... ???
