Cool I will bend 4 mm wire ?

I will bend 4mm round iron & brass rod in several 90-degree angles, one after another with about 1 cm in between. I can not for the breaks? I have also tried to pre-threaded rod, but the same thing happens? Do you have any tips how to do this?

brass rod should bend without breaking. Take a torch to it and get it real hot, it will become for priable, but wear gloves the rod will hold the heat for a while.

I would heat the wire first...but be careful of the burning hazard..
