Default Reverse tooth blade wrecks parts

I bought a pack of reverse tooth blades, they are Olson. The package says that they are supposed to be good for keeping the back "clean". They are totally wrecking the back of my parts though, beyond repair, ripping big chunks out, even with a brand new blade. The wood I'm cutting is 7/8" Aspen, never had a problem before until I tried these blades, are the blades a bad batch?

Lift the saw arm up to top of stroke, then look at how many reverse teeth are above top of the table. If there are 4 or 5 that's to many for me. I cut the blade off the bottom around 1/8 in. This gives me 2 teeth comming through the table. This will also help with burning. What size blades are they? They might be to aggresive.

Try rotating it, maybe it is in upside down.
What size are you using?

I use Olson reverse blades all the time ,#2,#2/0 and #5 and cut wood from 1/8 and up to 3/4 and never had any tear out on the bottom. I hope that you don't give up on them, I find out that I have more control with these blades.
Keep making saw dust
