Default drill bits vs blade sizes

I need a chart which shows what drill bit size goes with what blade size. I'm sure someone out here has made one. Thanks a million. Scott in Round Rock Texas

go to Mike's Workshop English featuring: my life story, a cancer survivor, scrollsawing samples and tips, community service, list of favorite sites and Flying Dutchman fretsaw blades for sale. if it isn't on there ask him for one of his blade price lists it has everything you need to know, I have one laminated and hung on the wall of my shop for reference.

sgimbel:

I found the information you are seeking in a book by Rick Peters. The book is Popular Mechanics Workshop "Scroll Saw Fundamentals" The complete guide. ISBN 1-58816-366-0 and is published by Hearst.

I am reluctant to photocopy the page as it is a copyright publication, but if you write me what blade numbers you use, I will answer with the hole sizes.

Thanks Rick..I wish we could get 3 of each of the most popular sizes in a variety pack...I don't need all of them...especially at 7.50 a dozen..LOL
