Stupid question. Where the hose comes out of the side for the blower it no longer has any friction there so the air blower sits on the work and moves with the piece. Any ideas how to get the thing to hang like it use to so I can aim it on the blade? Where it presses onto the saw is the problem. Thanks Scott

the saws less than a year old with light use. I don't know why it's not holding.

Less than a year old may be under warranty...check you may be able to return it, or get it repaired.

Well - I hate to admit I might have had this problem too. I broke my air hose off. When I looked at it, the first link had split so it wouldn't hold onto the air vent. So I tore it off and threw it away. Now trying to get the second link over the air vent was a big problem. I pushed and pushed. Finally I popped the second link off, put it over the air vent, and whacked it with a hammer. It popped right on. Then the rest of the air hose attached pretty easily. Is this what you mean?? I can't believe I've had all these experiences since I put the easy lift on. The saw is now working like a beautiful river!

Snap that worn section off, and use the next one. A hair dryer put to it for a little bit will make it easier to snap on.

Hi, Scott. The coupling may have cracked & needs to be taken off the hose. Just break the broken hose section off & reattach the hose. They are very hard to reattach too. So good luck. Perk

soaking the link in super hot water helps , then pop it on quick, and when it cools it should fit fine.

| Ditto, I dunked mine in boiling water for about 2 minutes and used an oven mitt to pop it back on. Pat

There was a crack in the first joint. Took it off, hot water and I'm back up and blowing. Thanks everyone for the help.
