Default Blades for cutting plywood

Can someone recommend blade size and type for cutting plywood. I plane to cut wildlife collector plates. In Wildlife collector plates book recommend skip tooth blade #3, #5, #7. Member florintina2001 use regular blades nr.0 or spiral blades nr.0.

You'll likely get lots of responses on this, since blade choice is a very personal matter. For my money, I'd use the Flying Dutchman Scroll Reverse blades.

Nearly all my puzzles are cut from 1/4" 5-ply poplar, primarily using Flying Dutchman 2/0 Superior Puzzle blades. Get ahold of Mike at Mikes Workshop. He'll steer you in the right direction for you.

Have phun..... Carter

Hi Tamtam,Most of my customers like the FD-TC # 2/0 or # 1. It seems that they hold up good against glue. Glue likes to heat up the blades faster as most other blades.Mike

FD-TC#1 is what I'd use.
