Some time ago, I asked for help to find a source of band saw blades. I needed a 67" blade... someone sugested Timber Wolf Blades... I sent for 2 of them.... Now I have a band saw that is a pleasure to use... Straight cutting and very sharp...I will recommend Timber Wolf to anyone who needs blades cut to size and prompt delivery.... ! Also if you have not tried the Wonder Paper for patterns your missing out on a very good product ... Patterns with spray glue were hard to work with... the blade would lift pattern cuts and if I didn't finish the project right away the glue would dry to the wood....then try to remove the residue later... ugh! My computer prints on the wonder paper and I peal off the backing and go to work... Much easier and neater.I enjoy wood working..... |

I'm glad you were able to get the blades you needed. It's nice to find a company willing to work with you. With respect to the Wonder Paper...I was looking at their ad in the latest issue of the mag and was intrigued. Since you've used it, I wonder if you'd mind answering a few questions.

You will need a razor to lift the edge of the paper when removing pattern. It does not leave residue on the wood. I always finish my projects promptly so I don't know if removal at a later time will be difficult, I would bet that it will come off, like you had put it on yesterday. I buy my paper and supplies at Sloan's Woodshop - " The Scroll Saw Store " . Happy Scrolling !! flyrod |
