Question Crown Tooth Blades?

I have never used crown tooth blades, and I am getting ready to make a order from Sloans. I was wondering if anyone could give me there opinion on these blades. Pros or cons.

I've used them a couple of times but I wasn't overly impressed. I didn't find where they would take the place of any of the other blades that I used so I didn't bother . David

Hi DJ
I agree with David. It's not that I don't like them, I just find that a blade like an FD UR or Olson PGT cuts very similar, are sharper and seem to last longer.

I have tried them DJ and even though you can turn them over and use the other end, it will track differently.

You may want to keep a few on hand for cutting plastic. I have some for that purpose.
