No Jerry, The acent has nothin to do wit it cose the price John quoted is about the same in NZ.
The cheapest and best way is to import from the states.
The freight kills every thing we import the the company that imports the product sticks it to you again.
So by importing direct we cut out a couple of middle people, but the blades still work out at about 0.60-0.80 cents NZ per blade. $7.00-$9.60 per dozen.

What ever happened to blade numbers 4, 6, 8, 10, & 11 ?????????????

I always was curious as to what Preparations A, B, C, D, E, F, and G were used for! I know that Prep H has come in handy a few times. LOL

G'day and thanks for the hints and tips everyone.

Mick can understand .stralian

I have purchased blades direct from Mike a couple of times, also tried Pegas and Olson.
I've copied down the Harris's contact for a shot next time.

What I have been doing is ordering from WTB when I want a pattern or something and I get the best of all worlds. The FD and PGT blades which I like along with other bits and pieces.

I have found that they are one of the best when it comes to postage. They take a lot of care to package for minimal costs, often just using an envelope.
