Hi, finally i found a place where i can buy a scroll saw machine. They have seveal models: - Proxxon Scroll Saw DS 115/E (portable and smaller) - PROXXON DSH/E - Einhell BT-SS 405 E (cheaper) What can you tell me about this models? Thanks, Joliveira |

Joliveira, what a great name. But, as far as the saw you mention, sorry I know nothing. I do have some proxxon tools. but my saw is a Hegner. sorry. but glad your looking, just remember, you get what you pay for. your doing the right thing buy doing a resurch. your friend Evie

I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with these. Where are you located (general area)? Perhaps someone from your area can help with these or advise of other local sources of saws.

Joliveira, If possible try out the saws. I would purchase the heaviest one and the one that has the least amount of vibration. Controls all up front is nice. Tool less blade holders also if possible.

I am not familiar with those saws you mentioned, but welcome here! I agree you should try to test out a few saws to get the feel of them, you will quickly realize what features you will want, like variable speed, low vibrations, the ability to use pinless blades, and to change them easily. Then, get the saw with the most features that appeal to you, and you cant go wrong!
