G'day Baldy,
you need special blades, they are 7/16" longer on one end

I'm assuming that the set up is the same as an Ex21.
On the, top rear of the saw is a knob, this adjusts the spread of the arms.
Clamp your blade in the bottom holder and turn the knob until the top holder drops down to the correct position.
Hope this is a help.

Welcome to the boards Baldy.Your doing just fine in my book--got a great saw(wish I had one) and joined a great forum.Just to let ya know, John B wears that hat to hide those two little horns sticking out of his forehead But he is tops when it comes to helping someone out or putting a smile on your face when you least expect it.

Did you get the blade problem resolved?
