I see where I can log out but somehow I don.t see where to log in. I see where the last time i did log in. I am I just blind? Anyway, as I have previously stated, I have Hawks 226 Utlras and I still have a problem with the blade pulling loose as soon as you apply the tension lever. what I have discovered is if you sand the ends of the blade just a little it will generally hold the blade till the next hole, then I need to do the same again or the blade will not hold. Does anyone have any other suggestions? |

Sounds like you may have something foreign in the hold down itself...Perhaps some really light sanding inside those as well or wipe them down with some mineral spirits.

G'day Tubman, I moved your post here as this seems to be the place for your most pressing Q. re blades. As for logging in, when you go to the home page, in the top right cnr there is a login box with a password box below it. However, you must be logged in or else you couldn't post ???

Hi tubman, I have this probleam sometimes. looks like you are doing the right thing. sometimes the blades have just a tiny bit of oil on them. and dipping, or wiping them with alcohole, or sanding the tips like you said really helps. I am not sure why you need to do this again. on the next hole. maybe you just need to crank it down just alittle more. carfull not to bend the tip. as far as longing in, does it ask you for your pass word?? if your not worryed about getting bashed. or scamed, you don't really have to log out. just click or x out. and the next time you come in. your computer will remmber you. an log in atomatic. I don't worry about loging out. maybe I should. your friend Evie
