In Dec. of 2008, I sent Hawk Woodworking Tools a check for a new scroll saw. They cashed my check in Jan. of 2009. The shipment of my saw has been postponed three times and now I cannot get an answer from Hawk Woodworking Tools. Does anyone have any information which could help me with getting my money back! Thank you,

From what I have heard they were foreclosed on, their website does say that they have closed down. Try contacting the Better Business Bureau or your bank.

Their home page does say they have closed their doors due to the bad economy, but it looks like they shouldn't have cashed your check until they sent the saw. I have an RBI Hawk scroll saw, model# 226 VS. I suspect one of my grand kids removed the rear cam-over handle and pivot and lost them somewhere. The part numbers are 615-1074 and 715-0077. Does anyone know where I might find the replacement parts or access to the specs so I can have them remade?
