Default Woodburning before finishing. Anyone uses that to enhance their project?

I received a RAZERTIP Pyrographic burner for Christmas.
Whit this one, many shapes of tips can be use to woodburn details on my intarcia projects. I am very happy with that gift.

Razertip sell fixed pen ands, and pen on which you can add your own tips using 18, 20 or 22 guage Chrome-Nikel wire (availabe omega.com and omega.ca)

Anyone uses that to enhance their project?

I am just a beginner with a Colwood burner.I have used it on a few projects, and as my skills improve I am sure I will be using it a lot more. KathyRo is a great woodburner , and I blame her for getting me motivated with my burner again because of her work on her coasters!

I have the Colewood set and have used it on several projects. I routinely use it to sign my work.

This was my first attempt with my new scroll saw and a very cheap wood burner...The Bear and Shelf are Red Oak (Taken from an old Sleeper Sofa and Re-Sawed) and the Back Panel is Very Old Yellow Pine (I Believe) from a cabinet door I found in an old shed...I hope to get better!

Hi boogatoo, I have on occasion done some highlighting with a woodburner on a few projects before I apply a finish. I have seen some beautiful work done in pyography by people other than myself as I have never mastered that art and probably never will. Steve
