I need to change the size of the disk on a delta Boss Spindle Sander . I know there must be a button to push to keep it from turning, but can't find it, and I don't have the Owners man. Can someone help me out? Thanks much |

Are you worried about an accidental start up while you're changing it? If so then just unplug the machine.

For a Delta BOSS, the manual shows to grasp the spindle while turning the nut off. Just checked my manual. This is the way I always have changed mine and has always worked for me. Good Luck Pat |

I also have the Delta BOSS, and you have to know that the top bolt has a left handed thread. Turn the bolt in a clockwise direction to loosen it. Wayne |
