Default How to change

I need to change the size of the disk on a delta Boss Spindle Sander .
I know there must be a button to push to keep it from turning, but can't find it, and I don't have the Owners man. Can someone help me out?

Thanks much

Are you worried about an accidental start up while you're changing it? If so then just unplug the machine.

No..I can't get the spindle to stop turning so i can change it. There is a nut on the top...and the spindle needs to be locked to get the nut off

For a Delta BOSS, the manual shows to grasp the spindle while turning the nut off. Just checked my manual. This is the way I always have changed mine and has always worked for me.

Good Luck Pat

I also have the Delta BOSS, and you have to know that the top bolt has a left handed thread. Turn the bolt in a clockwise direction to loosen it.
