Daryl185 Senior Member Join Date: May 2006 Location: Lakewood Ranch Florida Posts: 1,162	DeWalt lower blade holder was scrolling an order this weekend cutting out one of my crosses 3/4 poplar and the blade broke nothing unusual there put a new blade in and even after tensioning to 4 I could fell sloppyness in my cuts tried retensioning no help so I disassembled the lower blade holder and noticed significant wear on the roller bearings the bolts pass through I ended up taking the bearings out cleaned them up packed grease in them placed them back in all works like new, strange thing I noticed was there was no lubricant of any kind on the bearings at all and they are not a tight fit like you would expect any way its something to remember as far as routine maint goes __________________ Daryl S.
