| My hard drive had to be reformatted and I lost all my sources. Does anyone know where I can buy a pinless adapter for a pin type saw? Please PM me if you do. Thanks in advance. |

You might try Sears . My old craftsman had the two capabilities . I think you just reverse the blade holder . LOL . Roger |

Hi there Wilderness1989 , I would like to welcome you to the forum. as far as your quistion on the adapter. I got mine from sears also. it was for a 16" craftmon saw. one speed. years ago. and I have to tell you. I just hated it. it was so much bother. I like small fretwork, and changing the blade was such a bother. you have to take the whole thing out. put a new blade in the bottom clamp.( ON mine anyway. ), and then try to put the blade into the hole. and just try to get the blade in the top clamp. so wevy, an wayvy. then tighten the tention. there was no way to just put the blade in the top clamp. without holding it, and what a bother. then hook it into the holder. it took way to much time. and so I just got a new saw, that took straight in blades. sorry. but I paid like $25.00 for this little puppy. and used it on one project. and now. if you wont it I will send it to . and you can pay for the trash pick up. please don't get me roung hear. I have been where you are now. but just trying to save you some greaf. don't buy this, buy a new saw. thats my opionion. your friend Evie |
