I met a lady at the show on the weekend who has a 6 yr old 16" Hawk she wants to sell. She says she's literally used it about 4-6 hours total. She has arthritis and it just didn't work out. She's got manual, video and even all blades that came with it - and stand. She is asking $500 for all and lives in Keizer Oregon. I told her the price may be high considering the age even with no use, but I don't really know resale value of such things. If anyone is interested, please PM me and I can send you pics and her info. Also- if anyone wants to post what they think a realistic price for this would be- I'd be happy to pass that on too.

I'm not sure what a realistic price is, but suspect that $500 is too high. There have been several older 20" Hawks offered in the Seattle - Olympia area recently for $450-$600 and not selling. The same ads have been showing up week after week. It looks like one has been listed several times of the past week weeks in Portland craigslist at $375 --Rob |
