Hey Tom I have a shop just like that, but mine is smaller, more cluttered, messier and less tools. But it is just like yours.

It is perfect for my scrolling chair height. By the way; it is an oscillating spindle sander. Not a random orbit. My bad.

The bigger the shop Carl, the messier it can be and still appear the be clean.

OK, I can't take the clean shop abuse. I did clean the part that was in the pictures. You should see the other three walls.

Tom,

Do what I'm going to do. When the other 3 walls get too cluttered, build a partition...Two new walls to clutter...

Neat idea on the sander by the way
