G'day Jesmo, I too have an old Delta, which I haven't used for awhile now. Those same parts wore on mine. What I did to give the old girl a bit of extra life was to cut a piece of 6mm steel rod about 5 mm long and hammer into each of the holes, pinning it out. I then re-drilled the holes for parts 64 and replaced them with High tensile bolts. If you know someone that's handy with a welder they could fill the holes and then you could re-drill them, this would last longer than my solution.

Another suggestion. get a couple of small ballbearings, or oilite bushings and drill the holes out so that you can press in the bearings. Just make sure the iner diameter of the bearing is the same as the pin.

I just gave one of those saws away a couple weeks ago. The fellow I gave it to bought a new DeWalt. I'll see if he will part with it and if so will cannabilize the parts and send them to you. It might take a week or so to get in touch with him.
