Just babbling about nothing. I have an EX-21, when I first got the saw I just could not get the hang of the Top Feed function. So I gave up on it. But I just purchased a pattern from Pedro Lopez ( www.finscrollsaw.com) the Art Nouveau cabinet. The back part calls for a part apx 30" x 18". The back is broken down into 4 parts that are glued together to make the back. I decided to make the back out of one large peace. My EX-21 will have no problem with the size. But it was next to impossible to thread the blade thu the center part from the bottom. So I was forced to use the top feed method. Ya know what. It is great, now that I have gotten use to it, I know I will never go back to the bottom feed again. Go's to show what progress can do. Best invention ever, next to sliced bread.

Have to agree, top feeding is nice. My neck isn't so stiff anymore.
