So I was struggling with the chuck on my drill press last night and was thinking I was going to have to replace it. It kept getting stuck and making grinding noises while attempting to tighten and loosen. So I got out a couple of small pry bars and popped it off, took it out back and drenched it in WD-40 and cycled it open and closed until it did so freely, sprayed a bit more and did it again. Works fine now so . . . I would advise owners of the Delta DP350 to do routine maintenance annually. Mine would not have been acting up if I did. Shame on me, bad tool owner.
