Default Dewalt saw

I'm looking at the Grizzly web site and they are offering a model H7414 saw with stand and light for $470. It looks like the DW788 anybody know? I want to order my first saw today if I can and from this forum the Dewalt looks like what I'm after. Any help?

That grizzly seems to be a DeWalt. I checked at Amazon.com because I thought Amazon was cheaper.

Guess what, Amazon is just fronting for Grizzly sales anyway. And the $419.95 sale price at Amazon is without the stand and light.

That's where I got mine from. Works great! I picked it up while I was on a trip to Washington. I can never pass by Grizzly without adding to the shop. Glad I moved to Montana!

Sgimbel...do you have a Woodcraft near you? I got a Dewalt 788 from them in Nov. for $389 with stand and light. Of course they were having a big sale just before Christmas.

There is a company called www.busybeetools.com with a sale on now on Dewalt 788 with stand and light for $425. cdn. Just for your information.
Done a lot of work with ours, but it is wearing out, has been an excellent saw.
Excellent blade changing system, with top threading. A feature for intricate work.
