Matting cutters recommendation?? - Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts Message Board

Does anyone have any recommendations on matting cutters that they have good experiences with? Currently I have been buying pre-made mattes at Hobby Lobby when they are 50% off. I am thinking that maybe it would be economically feasible to get a cutting setup and make my own versus buying the precut ones. Any thoughts on this subject?

I have been very pleased with the LOGAN brand. I buy them on sale at AC Moore when they have 40 and sometimes 50% coupons.
I have the straight cutter and the oval cutter. They have paid for themselves very quickly. I also invested in the Scotch ATG adhesive system for sticking the matts together. I have delt with the Binding source for the adhesives, great service.

Is there any particular model of the LOGAN that you recommend?

Is the Scotch ATG system something that has to be mail ordered? Can you describe it in a little detail how it works?
