I use CorelDraw, PSP9 and occassionally Coyote. PSP9 is my preference. PSP9 and X can be gotten on Ebay relatively inexpensive.

Anyone remember the info from a post a while back that equated scanning at 300 dpi (I Believe) then multiplying the size of your blade by a certain number to give you an estimate of the brush size to use in Photo Shop? I had it someplace in this mess but can't find it now.
