robinnest, I would apply a small amount of vaseline to the bolts so they will come out easier next time.

I was with those who said "Don't open it," but I'm glad it worked out for you. I would have no problem opening mine myself, but only if I had it past the warranty. But then you're on the edge of nowhere, and nowhere's a long way from me (i.e, vacation).

And for some reason, I can't select smilies. Oh well. <G>
