Question Knocking 788

Tune-up and repairs mentions knocking fix. In the paragraph Stopping the knock... it mentions turning the tension rod counter clockwise, later into the article it now mentions turning it clockwise to fix low blade tension problems.
I am now back to zero, is it a typo? or am I not following?

Follow Bobs lead. I havent had the knocking on any of my Dewalts, but if/when that happens, I will be going to that same place bob sent you. Keep us informed on how you make out with it. Dale
