I would also take blade clamping into consideration.
The Eclipse is a sweet saw I got to try it at the open house, but I think it is only a bottom feeder.
I have the RBI G4, although not vibration free the nickle stays on edge through the entire rpm range. It is also a top and bottom feeder.

Sorry, I don't put money on my saw, I prefer to use wood, hehehe (never did understand why anyone would leave a nickel on their saw while they're working).
I haven't used an Eclipse but all indications is it does indeed offer the lowest vibration available but at the cost of top feeding. That distinction belonged to Excalibur for many years prior to the introduction of the Eclipse due to the parallel link design of the saw's arms.
You didn't say which Craftsman you had, but I found the 16" Craftsman VS to be excellent as far as vibration although it will vibrate more as it wears out.

I found the DeWalt 788 excellent in this regard.

It probably is not as good as the Eclipse...I can't really say as I haven't used it. Quite a huge margin in prices on these two saws. If you are not looking to spend the big bucks I would certainly consider a DeWalt.

This is just my 2 cents of course.

I don't know if my P-20 would pass the nickle test, I have the back of my saw raised, the nickle would roll off the table.

I am not sure if anyone has ever seen the setup Robin Wirtz has on her saw.
The table is independant of the saw, The saw can vibrate all it wants, after all that is the motion that cuts the wood.
The table is solid and smooth the vibration does not transfer to the workpiece
