Default Excalibur for sale

I believe this is okay to post here, if not I expect it to be removed.

Sue Chrestensen (who at the moment is not online) has asked me to post regarding her 31" Excalibur/stand included that she is looking to sell. Not sure of the other details such as price, but I know it is to go in the next couple weeks.

So if anyone of us is able to get to her place in northern California and wants a gently used Excalibur.... send Sue an email.

Take care
Toni

I sincerely hope it is being sold to upgrade........... do you know if she is willing to ship it??????

If she is willing to ship it, please disregard the following.

Don't forget to sign it, that'll add a few hundred to the sales price! I've seen lathes signed by famous turners who used to own them go for double and triple their value just because they are signed.....

That's got to be one of the stupidest things I have ever heard. Do the dummies that pay that much actually except to inherit the skill that the original owner had? Just goes to show, there are all types in this world.

Ah Bear....

Upgrading...no. But hey sometimes change is a good thing ... right?

As for signing it - lol, well I'll mention it to Sue but as far as I know, she doesn't consider herself famous.

Thanks for the laugh at the thought though....

Take care
Toni

ahhhh that made me laugh!! I definitely don't consider myself famous and if I sign it someone will probably think I've lost it and signed the table instead of a bill..(grinning).. then I'd promply blame ...ah hell, I'd blame my mom for the inherited memory genes which failed early on..and then if she could, she'd remind me that I was adopted..and then I'd forget what i was talking about in the first place LOL
but just because I really do like to color outside the lines I think I'll sign it in some hidden area..
thanks..that was fun
