Here is a pattern I converted from a dxf file I found on the web . It has 2", 3", 4" ,and 5" lizards.

Many thanks for your post. I think your shape will be better than mine for jigsaw puzzles as the pieces are more rounded and so less prone to paper-lift problems at sharp corners. I plan to update my template to be more in line with yours.
