Hello fellow puzzlers ( is this a word), I'm working away from home 5 days a week and i found a place that lets me make sawdust. It's called techshop detroit. Yes i pay a few, yes it's not like home. But please check out the 3 puzzle pictures posted on their facebook ( good i hate to say that ) page. The first one is laser cut. The second two are back to the "OLD SCHOOL" method of cutting by hand. The puzzle blank where created by the sublimation printing process. It give super results. I get about 25 pieces per saw blade. Attached below is a teaser of the puzzles posted on Facebook. |

Actually The blank is WIND POINT LIGHT wisconsin which will be my next puzzle. The cut puzzle is POINTE BETTSIE just north of ludington , mi on the way to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. I'm looking for a LARGE pixel count photo of South Manitou Island light. If any one has one and is willing to share it with me it would be appreiciated. Or any light house photo that is 300 dpi would be apprieciated. Last edited by oldvaxguy; 03-01-2013 at 08:37 PM. |

I found this one from Google. It will probably be copyrighted, and I have no idea if it's the real one, but maybe it is useble for you. Atleast it is LARGE as requested! It comes from this page South Manitou Island Light - iWitness Weather Photos and Video Photo, maybe you can ask the owner of the photo if you can use it.
