Cool Basset Hound

Here is a Basset hound puzzle made from 3/4" Walnut. I got the pattern from
Dales Puzzles last night for a friends last minute gift to someone. I love those last minute extra $$$.

I've been enjoying viewing all your puzzles. I think they all look great. I've made some 4 - 6 piece kid puzzles. I hope to do some of these stand up puzzles too. How much sanding, if any do you do to yours? I find I always need to sand the edges a bit and sometimes round curves.
Thanks in advance,
Vicki

You are correct on the sanding... All I really need to sand is the edges and maybe a lock or two if it doesn't slide good enough to me..
Your Welcome in Advance!!

If i keep my blade square I have had no sanding issues on the tabs. I do round the edges a little it makes em look better.

I only have a problem sometimes when a piece will only slide out one way and not the other. That is why I just hit it real quick with a sanding sponge!!
